When you click on “book for now” on the app’s home, a map appears to show you the phototakers available for instant bookings near you. You can click on them to visualize their profile, read their bio, check their portfolio and other information. Once you’ve chosen your favorite phototaker, click on “request a booking”.
The phototaker will get notified and will have 5 minutes to get back to you. If he/she accepts, your photo shoot is confirmed, and you can get in touch to meet and take pictures. If the phototaker is no longer able to take your request, or doesn’t get back to you on time, you can go back to the map to find a new one.

You can type your location of interest and also refine your search (filtering by date, gig, speciality) simply by clicking the filter menu, next to the location search bar.
Phototakers will then appear according to your search criteria and in order of rating (starting from the best rated). Once you’ve chosen your favorite phototaker, select the type of photo shoot you want, pick an available slot on the calendar, select the photo shoot duration and time, and confirm the booking.

After a booking is confirmed, you can access your phototaker contact details, to help you find each other at the photo shoot location, or to share information about the photo shoot.
When the photo shoot is over, your phototaker will deliver you the photos within 24 hours (or 2 hours, in case of mobile shoot without photo editing).

You can get in touch with us here pelooc.com/photolover-support/. You’ll need to provide us with your user ID (email address which you subscribed with) and booking reference number and we’ll take care of your request.
What do I do if my phototaker does not show up for the photo shoot?
You need to immediately go to your booking, inside the Pelooc app, and click on “report a no-show.” You’ll get a full refund, plus a credit you can use for your future bookings on Pelooc and to help you forgive us.
How much is the credit? $10 on instant booking, or $20 on scheduled photo shoots.

If you rather keep your photos private, or for marketing reasons, you want to be the first to share them online, talk to your phototaker and and agree this with him/her.
