  • The mobile shoot is a 30 minutes photoshoot session with a phototaker.
  • For each session the client will receive a minimum of 10 photos (possibly more).
  • The images are immediately delivered to the client (with a maximum delay of 2 hours by the end of the photo shoot).
  • Images are delivered “as shot”(without editing) so that the client can immediately have them available.
  • This service has been thought for those who value instantaneity and prefer to edit their own pictures to confer them a specific style that match their personality, or the visual strategy they have in place.
  • It is the most cost-effective and time-efficient option for creating Instagram posts especially for fashion and lifestyle accounts or bloggers.
  • Recommended only for day-light sessions.
  • The price for a 30 minutes session can reach $20.

  • The mobile + editing is a 30 minutes photoshoot session with a phototaker.
  • For each session the client will receive a minimum of 10 photos (possibly more).
  • The images are delivered to the client within 24  hours by the end of the photo shoot.
  • The client will receive the images edited according to the editing skills of the selected phototaker (as described in his/her profile).
  • It’s the best affordable option for creating images that are good to go online as received, for those who can’t or don’t have the time to edit their images.
  • Recommended only for day-light sessions.
  • The price for a 30 minutes session can reach $30, including photoshoot and images post-production.

camera shoot

$20 to $50

  • The camera shoot is a 30 minutes photoshoot session with a phototaker.
  • For each session the client will receive a minimum of 10 photos (possibly more).
  • The images are delivered to the client within 24  hours by the end of the photoshoot.
  • Camera shoots are for those who aim to produce images with higher definition, that may be used for their website, blog and social media.
  • Images are delivered “as shot” (without editing), this allows the phototaker to save the time that would be dedicated to post-production, in order to charge a competitive price.
  • This service has been thought for those who prefer to edit their own pictures to confer them a specific style that match their personality, or the visual strategy they have in place.
  • The price for a 30 minutes session can reach $50.

camera + editing

$25 to $100

  • The camera + editing is a 30 minutes photoshoot session with a phototaker.
  • For each session the client will receive a minimum of 10 photos (possibly more).
  • The images are delivered to the client within 24  hours by the end of the photo shoot.
  • Camera shoots are for those who aim to produce images with higher definition, that may be used for their website, blog and social media.
  • The client will receive the images edited according to the editing skills of the selected phototaker (as described in his/her profile).
  • This service is for those who wants to create more professional-looking images. The images are good to go online as received, for those who can’t or don’t have the time to edit their images.
  • The price for a 30 minutes session can reach $100, including photoshoot and images post-production.

booking process

INSTANT BOOKING

  1. Find the phototakers immediately available near you on the map.
  2. Send a request and include a note for your phototaker, to share details about the location, what kind of photos you’d like to take (portrait, lifestyle, product… ), or any other relevant information.
  3. Wait for the phototaker to accept your booking.
  4. If the phototaker doesn’t respond within 5 minutes, or is no longer available for the shoot, you’ll be automatically redirected to the map to find an alternative.
  5. Once the phototaker has accepted your request, the booking is confirmed.
  6. Now bot you and your phototaker can see the respective contact details, to get in touch and facilitate finding each other at the photoshoot location.

SCHEDULED PHOTO SHOOT

  1. Search a for a phototaker in you location of interest (option refine your search filtering by type of service, specialties and editing skills).
  2. Check the profiles, look at phototaker’s bio, portfolio, gear and skills. Once you find “the one”, go inside the calendar and pick a slot among the ones available.
  3. Include a note for your phototaker, to share details about the location, what kind of photos you’d like to take (portrait, lifestyle, product… ), or any other relevant information.
  4. Click on “confirm” and congrats! Your photo shoot is booked. Your phototaker
  5. Now bot you and your phototaker can see the respective contact details, to get in touch and facilitate finding each other at the photoshoot location.

cancellation & no-show policy

Cancellation on instant bookings

You can cancel a booking at any time before your phototaker confirms it. For cancellation after confirmation a $10 cancellation fee applies (the cancellation fee will be automatically deducted from your refund).  .

If the phototaker cancel the booking after confirmation you’ll automatically get a full refund.

 

Cancellation on scheduled photo shoot

You can cancel and reschedule a booking at any time until 24h prior the photo shoot starting time. For cancellation occurring during the 24 hours preceding the photo shoot, a $10 cancellation fee applies (the cancellation fee will be automatically deducted from your refund).

In case your phototaker has a problem with your booking,  he/she has the option to send you a request to reschedule (at least 48h before the photo shoot starting time). You can accept to reschedule and pick another suitable date in the phototaker calendar, or to cancel the booking with no charge.

You have time to reschedule until 24h before the original photo shoot time. If no action is performed by then, the booking will be automatically cancelled with no charge.

If the phototaker cancel the booking after confirmation you’ll automatically get a full refund.

 

Delay and no-show

If your phototaker is late or ultimately doesn’t show up to the photo shoot you’ll have the option to report him/her as a no-show.
When you report a no-show you’ll get a full refund plus a credit to be used for future bookings as our token of apology ($10 for instant booking, or $20 for scheduled photo shoot).

Your phototaker will have the same option to report you for no-show, in this case your booking will be closed and no refund will be issued.
